Forty Years of Leadership
Coach. Mentor. Supervisor. Author. And someone who genuinely believes that contributing to the well-being of others is the most meaningful work there is.
Why I Do This Work
I love what I think of as contributing to the well-being of others. Coaching is the perfect blend of personal support and intellectual depth — and it makes me happy in a way that still surprises me.
Knowing that I’m helping others in ways meaningful to them — watching the moment something shifts, seeing a leader step into who they’re becoming — that never gets old. I am right in the center of my life’s mission, and I don’t take that lightly.
My professional life began in education — as a teacher, then a leader, then an executive navigating the full complexity of organizations and communities. I served on state and national boards, worked alongside law enforcement, military, and organizational leaders, and learned things about people and systems that no classroom could have taught me.
Then I discovered coaching — and everything shifted. What began as healthy skepticism became deep conviction. I completed over 350 hours of graduate-level study, earned credentials at the highest levels available, and built a practice that now spans one-to-one coaching, Mentor Coaching, and Coaching Supervision with clients across the United States and internationally.
Credentials & Certifications
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me on horseback, in nature, or traveling and sharing memorable experiences with the people I love most. I believe how a coach lives informs how a coach works — and presence, balance, and genuine well-being are things I work at myself, every day.
